Expansion joints are made from tested boiler quality plates which go under all type of testing like ultra sonic and chemical analysis at our laboratory. Forming of edges is done on hydraulic press which ensures perfect rolling and accuracy of size during bending. Radiography quality welding is carried out by qualified welders . Each and every joint is 100% radiographed to ensure trouble free working. These are further machined and ground , as required.
